Firstly the bike was run on the dyno without the MILITEC-1, then the MILITEC-1 was put in with the oil and put back on the dyno, for a power over time run. There were no other adjustments to the bike in any way before or after the dyno runs. You would have to pay at least $1000 to get that type of improvement to a bike.
